"Quality Basic Education Act"; local school systems offer certain exams to home study students; require

Added 'Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery' to the list of standardized tests that local school systems must make available to home study students.

Updated subsection (c) to include ASVAB in the list of tests where home study students cannot be charged additional fees or face conflicting requirements compared to traditional school students.

Replaced language prohibiting home study students from paying extra fees or meeting qualifications with language prohibiting them from paying fees not required of enrolled students or meeting requirements that conflict with or add to existing state law requirements.

Added explicit reference to Code Section 20-2-690 subsection (c) to clarify that any new requirements must not conflict with existing state law provisions.
