A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 21-2-217 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to rules for determining residence relative to registration of voters, so as to allow persons of this state who are homeless and without a permanent address to use the address of the registrar's office of the county in which such person resides, a postsecondary educational institution in which such person is enrolled, or a place of worship with which such person is affiliated for election purposes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
