L. 1941, p. 793), as amended, so as to provide that the board of commissioners shall only be required to read an ordinance, resolution, or other matter before the board at one meeting prior to the adoption of such ordinance, resolution, or other matter; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
