The bill text has been updated to reflect its current status as 'SB 524/AP' (As Passed Assembly) rather than 'As Passed Senate', indicating it has moved to the next stage of the legislative process. The substantive content of the bill, including its sections on vehicle licensing and civics education, remains unchanged.
