DeKalb County; certain judges, judicial officers, and county officers; revise the compensation

Deleted a section that would have officially renamed the Stone Mountain Judicial Circuit to the DeKalb Judicial Circuit as of January 1, 2025.

Reduced the Tax Commissioner's salary from 80% to 75% of the gross salary.

Reduced the Clerk of the Superior Court's salary from 80% to 80% (no change) but reorganized the list; note: the original text had 80% for Clerk, new text has 80% for Clerk, but the order changed. Wait, checking diff: Old Section 2 had Clerk at 80%. New Section 2 has Clerk at 80%. Old Section 2 had Tax Commissioner at 80%. New Section 2 has Tax Commissioner at 75%. This is a reduction.

Added a new Section 2.1 establishing a minimum salary floor of $208,040.00 or 90% of gross salary for State Court judges, the Chief Magistrate, Probate Judge, Juvenile Court Judge, and Solicitor-General.

Added a new Section 3.1 clarifying that salaries are paid in equal monthly installments from county funds.

Revised the definition of 'gross salary' in Section 1 to explicitly state it is the higher of $218,990.30 or the highest annual salary provided to any Superior Court judge from State funds.
