MINOR
This bill update primarily involves formatting and structural changes to the legislative document rather than substantive policy modifications. The main visible change is the removal of a House Committee substitute designation and the addition of Senate Bill 298 as the official version. The bill text itself, which deals with direct appeal rights for certain legal judgments, remains substantively unchanged.
TECHNICAL
Removed the House Committee substitute designation text, indicating this version is now the Senate version of the bill.
Added Senate Bill 298 header information and AS PASSED designation, showing the bill has moved to the Senate stage.
Minor formatting adjustments to page headers and section numbering throughout the document.
