Smith, Nolan Sental, Jr.; inspiring journey and achievements; commend

This is a House resolution (HR 313) commending Nolan Sental Smith Jr. for his athletic achievements and community leadership. It formally honors his journey as a University of Georgia football standout (two College Football Playoff National Championships), his selection by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2023 NFL Draft, and his work through the Nolan Smith Foundation supporting youth athletes.
