House Study Committee on Community Associations; create

This bill creates a House Study Committee on Community Associations to investigate how community associations in Georgia enforce rules and charge fees against property owners. The seven-member committee will examine issues such as arbitrary enforcement, lack of notification, and potential abuse of power by these associations. Appointed by the Speaker of the House, the committee will hold meetings, receive funding from the House budget, and submit a report with findings or legislative recommendations before being dissolved on December 1, 2026.
