A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 13 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions regarding administrative procedure, so as to provide that the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act" shall apply to all executive branch agencies; to provide for certain exceptions; to revise a definition; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
