Changed the definition of 'long-term note secured by real estate' from notes due more than 'three seven years' to notes due more than 'three years 62 months' from the note date or security instrument date.

Updated the requirement for instruments conveying or encumbering real estate to reflect the new 'three years 62 months' threshold when determining if a note falls due within the short-term period.

Modified the rule requiring sellers to record instruments before delivering bond for title when any part of the purchase price falls due more than 'three years 62 months' from the instrument date.
