MINOR

The changes clarify which properties are excluded from regulation, particularly homes licensed by the Department of Community Health and multifamily properties with over 20 units.
Scope change
The bill's scope was narrowed by adding exemptions for specific property types that were previously subject to the housing management database requirements.
DEFINITION
Added language to the definition of 'Residential rental property' to exclude homes licensed by the Department of Community Health and multifamily properties with more than 20 units.
Removed the original definition of 'Property manager' which was present in the previous version but not included in this substitute version.
TECHNICAL
Changed the document header from 'H. B. 374' to 'H. B. 374 (SUB)' to indicate this is a substitute bill version.
