A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-2-161 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Quality Basic Education Formula, so as to require the task force reviewing the effectiveness of existing program weights under the "Quality Basic Education Act" to meet every two years rather than every three years; to require such task force to prepare and submit a report; to provide for the requirements of such report; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
