A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 34 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to physicians, assistants, and others, so as to expand certain advanced practice registered nurse and physician assistant prescriptive authorizations; to provide for a definition; to provide for certain limitations; to remove certain prohibitions on writing prescriptions for minors; to provide for certain prescriptive authorization to order stimulants; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
