MINOR
The bill text has been updated to reflect a committee substitute version, replacing the original act title with a more descriptive header that lists the sponsoring representatives. The substantive content regarding the creation of a domestic violence offender registry, pretrial intervention eligibility, and registration requirements remains unchanged, with the only modifications being the addition of sponsor names and minor formatting adjustments to the document header.
TECHNICAL

The document header was updated to identify this as a 'Committee Substitute' and added the names of the sponsoring representatives (Hagan, Hong, Jones, Donatucci, Reeves, and others) to replace the generic 'AN ACT' title.
