Excellent Teacher Preparation Act; enact

The required performance measures were updated to reflect the new definitions, specifically changing references from 'EPP' to 'EPP program' and 'EPP graduate' to 'EPP program graduate' throughout the reporting requirements.

A new requirement was added to track five-year retention rates of graduates, expanding the previous requirement which only covered one- and three-year retention rates.
