A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 8 of Title 4 of the O.C.G.A., relating to responsible dog ownership, so as to revise the definition of dangerous dog; to provide for the owner of a dangerous or vicious dog to maintain minimum liability insurance coverage; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
