L. 1997, p. 4592), as amended, particularly by an Act approved May 17, 2004 (Ga. L. 2004, p. 3592), so as to expand the board from three to five members; to provide for appointments to the board; to provide for terms of the additional board members; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
