Trust Fund Interest for Purposes Approved by Supreme Court; Authorizes financial institutions to hold funds in specified trust accounts used for specified purposes expressly authorized by Supreme Court rule; requires certain entities to use interest & dividends for specified purposes; requires certain financial institutions to pay specified interest or dividends.
Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances; Prohibits, beginning on specified date, certain use & sale, purchase, or distribution of aqueous film-forming foam; requires, beginning on specified date, certain entities to submit aqueous film-forming foam inventories & disposal plans to DEP; prohibits, beginning on specified date, possession & use of aqueous film-forming foam; authorizes DEP to administer certain grants or cost share programs; provides penalties & injunctive relief; requires certain public entities disposing of domestic wastewater biosolids and treated effluent to quarterly conduct specified samplings & submit results to DEP; limits purpose such samplings until specified standards are established by EPA & adopted by DEP.
Domestic Violence and Protective Injunctions; Reclassifying penalties for committing a domestic violence offense if a person has a prior conviction for domestic violence; providing that sentencing and incentive gain-time eligibility determinations are made without regard to a penalty enhancement; establishing an electronic monitoring pilot program in a specified county; requiring the sheriff, in consultation with certain persons, to design and implement the pilot program; providing requirements for the pilot program; requiring the Department of Corrections to complete an evaluation and provide specified reports to the Legislature; requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to enter injunctions against dating violence and sexual violence into a statewide verification system, etc.
Public Education ; Providing members of a district school board with specified rights; requiring that certain documents from district school board meetings be kept as public records; defining the term "good cause"; providing that a school district employee may not be required or incentivized to sign a nondisclosure agreement or confidentiality agreement; prohibiting a school district from imposing certain conditions on employment, etc.
Sealing of Criminal History Records; Provides that persons adjudicated guilty of certain misdemeanor offenses are eligible to petition court to seal criminal history record of such offenses; provides that persons previously adjudicated guilty of certain misdemeanor offenses are eligible to petition court to seal subsequent criminal history record; revises certain eligibility criteria to provide that person is eligible to petition court to seal criminal history record if such person is no longer serving sentence to which petition to seal pertains; revises certain eligibility criteria to provide that person is eligible to petition court to seal criminal history record if such person has never secured prior sealing or expunction related to offense for which person was adjudicated guilty; provides certain eligibility criteria for certain persons who seek subsequent sealing of criminal history record relating to offense for which adjudication was withheld; provides certain eligibility criteria for certain persons who seek sealing of criminal history record relating to offense for which person was adjudicated guilty; authorizes court to order sealing of criminal history record pertaining to more than one adjudication of guilt if additional adjudications directly relate to original arrest, incident of criminal activity, or adjudication of guilt.
Eyewitness Identification; Revises eyewitness identification procedures; requires documentation of eyewitness's description of possible perpetrator of crime; requires officers to have evidence-based reason to include person in lineup; limits use of facial recognition technology in certain circumstances; specifies composition of lineup; limits number of identification procedures that may be conducted as to certain persons; specifies that lineups are preferable to show-ups or first-time-in-court identifications; specifies circumstances in which show-up or in-court identification may be performed; specifies that instructions must be given to eyewitness before any identification procedure; revises such instructions; requires lineup administrator to document any identification or nonidentification in specified manner; requires audio & video recording of identification procedure; provides exception; provides that certain attorneys may be present at identification procedure; specifies permissible conduct of such attorneys during procedure.
Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients; Authorizes sale, transfer, & distribution of certain compounded drugs; provides requirements for sale, transfer, & distribution of such medications; requires person engaging in sale, transfer, or distribution of compounded drugs to maintain certain records for specified timeframe; requires such person to furnish certain records to board upon request within specified timeframe; prohibits advertising or promotion of compounded drugs except; provides penalties; requires certain persons or entities to maintain certain records for specified timeframe & furnish such records to Board of Pharmacy within specified timeframe; authorizes Attorney General, in collaboration with Board of Pharmacy, to adopt rules.

Rec./Sealing of Criminal History Records; Expands existing public records exemption to include sealed criminal history records of persons adjudicated guilty of certain nonviolent misdemeanor offenses; provides for future review & repeal of expanded exemption; provides for reversion of specified language if exemption is not saved from repeal; provides statement of public necessity.
