Use of Artificial Intelligence in Psychological, Clinical, Counseling, and Therapy Services; Defining the term “artificial intelligence”; prohibiting the use of artificial intelligence in the practice of psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, and mental health counseling, etc.

Connecting to Care Act; Citing this act as the "Connecting to Care Act"; authorizing a pharmacist to administer certain medications under certain circumstances, etc.

Marriage and Family Therapist Licensure by Endorsement; Requiring the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling to issue a license by endorsement to certain applicants, etc.

Health Care Practitioner Specialty Titles and Designations; Providing circumstances under which the Department of Health may issue a notice to cease and desist and pursue other remedies upon finding probable cause; prohibiting the use of specified titles and designations by health care practitioners not licensed as physicians or osteopathic physicians, as applicable, with an exception; providing that the use of such titles and designations constitutes the unlicensed practice of medicine or osteopathic medicine, as applicable; authorizing the department to pursue specified remedies for such violations, etc.

Mental Health Professionals; Reclassifying intern registrations as associate registrations for the professions of clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, and mental health counseling; deleting the requirement that a licensed mental health professional be present on the premises when registered associates, formerly classified as registered interns, are providing clinical services in a private practice setting, etc.
