Summary
Third-party Reservation Platforms; Citing this act as the “Restaurant Reservation Anti-Piracy Act”; specifying that a third-party reservation platform does not include certain contractual designees; prohibiting a third-party reservation platform from listing, advertising, promoting, selling, or otherwise enabling a reservation at a public food service establishment; authorizing the Division of Hotels and Restaurants of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to impose a civil penalty not to exceed a specified amount for a violation of the act or of a division rule, etc.
