Foreign Countries of Concern; Prohibiting laboratories from using certain operational or research software produced in or by a foreign country of concern, a state-owned enterprise of a foreign country of concern, or a company domiciled within a foreign country of concern; providing certain protections for licensees who fail to obtain assurances from a person or an entity that indirectly owns a controlling interest in the licensee or indirectly holds an interest in certain entities, etc.
