Foreign Countries of Concern

Added a new prohibition in s. 381.0202 preventing laboratories from using genetic sequencing software produced by or for foreign countries of concern.

Modified the definition of 'foreign country of concern' in s. 408.810 by removing the reference to s. 692.201 and consolidating the definition directly in the statute.
