Insulin Administration by Direct-support Professionals and Relatives

Added Section 2(4) to explicitly include sliding scale insulin therapy in the definition of insulin administration, covering calculations based on blood glucose and use of insulin pens or syringes.

Modified the scope of Section 3 from only insulin administration to include both insulin and epinephrine administration through pens or similar devices.

Expanded Section 3 to authorize unlicensed direct service providers to administer and supervise self-administration of both insulin and epinephrine, whereas the original version only covered insulin.

Added epinephrine to the list of medications that unlicensed direct service providers may administer or supervise self-administration of under Section 3.
