Property Insurance Claims; Establishes mandatory procedure for resolution of disputed insurance claims; removes alternative procedure for resolution of disputed insurance claims; requires insurers, at specified times, to notify policyholders of mandatory procedure; authorizes policyholder to file with Division of Administrative Hearing petition to resolve claims; requires administrative law judge to review petition & dismiss certain petitions; specifies that dismissal of petition or portion of petition is without prejudice & does not require hearing; specifies that homeowner's insurance policy insurer is primary insurer; provides such insurer with right to seek subrogation.
