Sale of Liquefied Petroleum Gas; Requiring certain remote bulk storage locations to comply with specified requirements; providing a condition under which the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services may deny, refuse to renew, suspend, or revoke a qualifier or master qualifier registration; authorizing the department to condemn unsafe equipment and issue certain orders requiring the immediate removal of liquefied petroleum gas from certain storage; requiring persons servicing, testing, repairing, maintaining, or installing liquefied petroleum gas equipment and systems to include specified information on all work orders, invoices, and similar documents, etc.
