Authorized Agents of Tax Collectors; Requires tax collector to appoint general lines insurance agency as authorized agent for purpose of issuing titles, registration certificates, registration license plates, validation stickers, & mobile home stickers; requires agency to file performance bond with DHSMV; requires agency to provide audited financial statements to DHSMV; limits number of locations at which agency may offer services; requires tax collector to authorize agency to access electronic filing system; specifies provisions of law to which agency is subject; provides appropriation.
