Massage Establishments; Authorizing the Department of Health to immediately suspend the license of massage therapists and massage establishments if the massage therapist or certain individuals connected to the massage establishment are arrested for, convicted or found guilty of, or enter criminal pleas to specified violations; revising certain rules the board is required to adopt; revising advertising requirements for massage therapists and massage establishments, etc. APPROPRIATION: $876,703
