Part-time Public School Enrollment; Authorizing certain students to take up to three courses per school year at any public school, subject to space, availability, and course prerequisites; revising the definition of the term “part-time student”; requiring program membership surveys of each school made by each district by aggregating the full-time equivalent student membership of each program by school and by district to include part-time students, etc.
