Summary
Arrest Booking Photographs; Prohibits republishing or redissemination of arrest booking photographs; authorizes person whose arrest booking photograph is republished or redisseminated to bring civil action; authorizes specified civil penalty; requires recovered civil penalties be deposited into General Revenue Fund; provides republishing or redisseminating an arrest booking photograph constitutes an unfair or deceptive trade practice; expands applicability of provisions relating to dissemination of arrest booking photographs to include person or entity whose primary business model is publishing or dissemination of such photographs for commercial purpose or pecuniary gain.
