Summary
Health Care Practitioner Discipline; Subjects health care practitioners to disciplinary action for specified offenses; revises provisions relating to immediate suspension of licensure to apply to all health care practitioners; requires DOH to issue emergency orders to suspend health care practitioner's license if he or she pleads guilty to, is convicted or found guilty of, or enters plea of nolo contendere to, regardless of adjudication, felony relating to homicide or is arrested for committing or attempting, soliciting, or conspiring to commit acts that would constitute violations of specified criminal offenses.
