Association Meeting Flexibility Congressional Review Emergency Amendment Act of 2025

This bill allows condominium, cooperative, and limited equity cooperative associations in Washington, D.C. to hold virtual meetings and vote electronically. It requires virtual meetings to enable all participants to hear and be heard clearly, and mandates that meeting notices include access instructions for electronic participation. The executive board may distribute ballots with meeting notices and set a reasonable deadline for returns, while unit owners can submit votes electronically up to seven days before a meeting. These changes, effective as an emergency measure, expire after 90 days.
