AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO INSURANCE EXAMINATIONS.
Summary
This Act provides that privilege between a policyholder or claimant and an insurance company is not waived simply because information is submitted by companies to the Insurance Commissioner, whether or not the information is redacted.
