AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE CHILDHOOD LEAD POISONING PREVENTION ACT.
Summary
This Act requires the Department of Health and Social Services to provide staff support for the Childhood Lead Poisoning Advisory Committee. This Act also makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
