AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MANUFACTURED HOME AND RENTED LOT TRANSFERS.

Summary

This Act clarifies conditions under which a manufactured home owner can transfer the existing lot lease to the purchaser of the home. This Act also makes technical corrections to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual.
