RESOLUTION PROPOSING APPROVAL OF A TENTATIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT AND THE CONNECTICUT EMPLOYEES UNION INDEPENDENT, NP-2 BARGAINING UNIT (CEUI).
