AN ACT REQUIRING SMOKE DETECTORS IN ALL HOMES IN WHICH A PERSON IS PROVIDING HEALTH CARE OR HOSPICE CARE THROUGH A HOME HEALTH CARE AGENCY, HOSPICE AGENCY OR HOME HEALTH AIDE AGENCY.
