AN ACT CONCERNING THE PAYMENT OF FINANCIAL RESTITUTION BY A PERSON WHO CAUSES THE DEATH OF ANOTHER PERSON WHILE OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF AN INTOXICATING LIQUOR OR DRUG.
