AN ACT AMENDING A PRIOR CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF STATE LAND TO THE TOWN OF SOUTHBURY TO CHANGE THE RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE, OWNERSHIP AND LEASING OF SAID PARCEL.
