AN ACT REQUIRING A BIENNIAL STUDY OF PAYMENT PARITY FOR SERVICES UNDER CERTAIN INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES IN THE STATE AND THE HUSKY HEALTH PROGRAM.
