MINOR
The bill text was reformatted from a 'Rerevised' draft to a 'Final Act' version, removing header metadata and adding a note confirming the bill is ready for signature. The core legislative text, including specific dollar amounts for the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing and the detailed funding sources, remains substantively unchanged.
TECHNICAL
Removed draft headers, committee lists, and reading dates that were present in the Rerevised version but are not part of the final enacted law.
Added a standard notice stating the bill is prepared for the signatures of legislative officers and the Governor.
Reorganized the layout of the appropriation table and funding notes to match the final act format, though the numerical data and funding sources remain identical.
