MINOR
The bill text was updated from a 'Rerevised' version to a 'Revised' version, indicating that amendments adopted during the second reading in the second house were incorporated. The sponsor list for the House was shortened, removing several co-sponsors (Taggart, Espenoza, Gilchrist, Phillips, Smith, Stewart R.) while retaining Bird and Sirota.
TECHNICAL

The header text was updated to reflect that the version includes amendments adopted on second reading in the second house, rather than all amendments adopted in the second house.

The House sponsorship list was reduced from seven co-sponsors to just two (Bird and Sirota), removing Taggart, Espenoza, Gilchrist, Phillips, Smith, and Stewart R.

The '3rd Reading Unamended' stamp and date (April 10, 2025) were removed from the header, likely because the bill is now in a revised state rather than a rerevised state.
