The act requires that those evaluation factors include: Project schedule; Innovative solutions; Improved quality; Sustainability; Environmental impact; Initial cost; Long-term life-cycle cost of the transportation project; Resilience; Increased scope; and Aesthetics.(Note: This summary applies to this bill as enacted.)
