Foreign Government Ownership of Real Property
Summary
The bill requires, no later than March 1, 2025, or 60 days after acquiring a real property interest in the state, a foreign government of any country determined by the United States secretary of state to be a state sponsor of terrorism that owns a real property interest in the state to register with the Colorado secretary of state.
