Effective Date Of Department Of Early Childhood

The act changes the effective date for the department of early childhood (department) from July 1, 2022, to March 1, 2022. The act transfers $3,500,000 from the general fund to the information technology capital account in the capital construction fund, effective April 1, 2022. For the 2021-22 state fiscal year, the act appropriates $3,500,000 from the information technology capital account in the capital construction fund to the department for data system capital construction costs and $326,413 from the general fund to the department for use by the executive director's office.
