Unattended Motor Vehicles Remote Starter Systems
Summary
Currently, if a person's motor vehicle has a remote starter system and adequate security measures, he or she may leave the motor vehicle unattended while the engine is running. The bill provides that a motor vehicle may be left unattended if either a remote starter system or adequate security measures are in place.
