TO RECOGNIZE THE MANY ACHIEVEMENTS OF COACH DAVE WILBERS OF THE ARKANSAS TECH UNIVERSITY GOLDEN SUNS AND TO CONGRATULATE COACH WILBERS ON HIS RETIREMENT.
