TO CONGRATULATE MR. JUSTIN TATE ON HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS.

This Senate resolution congratulates Justin Tate of Elkins, Arkansas, on being selected as a "Guardian of the Flame" for the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games. The document acknowledges his role in carrying the Special Olympics torch across the United States from May 30 to June 20, 2026, to light the opening cauldron in Minneapolis. It highlights his dedication to Special Olympics Arkansas and his physical ability to run up to five miles daily as part of this final leg of the Law Enforcement Torch Run. Upon adoption, a copy of the resolution is to be formally presented to Mr. Tate by the Secretary of the Senate.
