AN ACT FOR THE STATE BOARD OF ELECTION COMMISSIONERS APPROPRIATION FOR THE 2026-2027 FISCAL YEAR.

This bill appropriates state funds to cover the operating expenses and election costs for the Arkansas State Board of Election Commissioners during the 2026-2027 fiscal year. It authorizes specific salary levels for nine permanent staff members, permits up to twenty temporary or part-time workers, and allocates a total of $1,103,617 for regular salaries, extra help, and general operations.
