TO ALLOW LEAVE FOR ORGAN DONATION FOR CERTAIN STATE EMPLOYEES; AND TO PROHIBIT DISCRIMINATION AGAINST INDIVIDUALS APPLYING FOR LIFE INSURANCE WHO ARE ORGAN DONORS.
