TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING MINERAL, TIMBER, AND OTHER RESOURCES ON STATE LANDS; TO REDUCE MEMBERSHIP OF THE NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE; AND TO AMEND THE NOTIFICATION RELATED TO LEASES AND PERMITS.
