TO RECOGNIZE THE CITY OF SILOAM SPRINGS AS RECIPIENT IN 2024 OF A VOLUNTEER COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR AWARD THE MOST INNOVATIVE CITY AWARD, THE FLOODPLAIN COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR AWARD, AND A TRENDSETTER CITY AWARD.
